Calling all little movers and shakers (ages 2-5) and their biggest fans (parents/caregivers)! Our Tiny TrackStars (Parent & Me) session is the perfect way to bond, get active, and introduce your child to the wonderful world of track and field. ‍♀️‍♂️ What to expect: Playful Activities: We'll guide you and your tiny athlete through a series of fun-filled drills that build basic motor skills, coordination, and agility. Think obstacle courses, relay races, and playful challenges! Quality Bonding Time: Run, jump, and play side-by-side, creating lasting memories with your little one. Positive Reinforcemen t: Our encouraging coaches will focus on building confidence and a love for movement in a supportive environment.
