Little & JuniorTrackStars Fundamentals

 (Ages 3-15) 

Our foundational skills building 6-week session that focuses on developing gross motor skills, balance, coordination and speed.  Our most popular program that also focuses on building mental strength and positive teamwork.  Our final class of the session features a 'mini track meet' where runners can compete in individual races.

Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) Training

 (Ages 9 and above) 

Our intense 6-week program designed to improve an athlete's ability to move rapidly , ramp up linear speed and fine tune lateral movement, change of direction and coordination. Includes a combination of exercises and drills that target specific skills and muscle groups.

Parent & Me Sessions

 (Ages 2-5) 

Our interactive 6-week session is where Littles and their favorite grown-ups come together for a fun-filled journey of exploration, movement, and bonding. Our program is designed to introduce your little ones to the exciting world of track and field, while fostering a strong connection between child and caregiver.
