Coach Responsibilities

Lead or assist weekly practices using our proven curriculum

Supervise and engage groups of up to 12 athletes per coach

Communicate professionally with families and site staff

Ensure athlete safety and uphold our positive coaching philosophy

Track attendance and report any incidents promptly
Qualifications
We're looking for coaches who are:
-
Energetic, positive, and patient with children
-
Dependable and able to follow a structured curriculum
-
Comfortable leading physical activities outdoors
-
Available weekdays after school and weekend mornings
-
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain (preferred)
-
Reliable transportation
-
Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, or athletics is a plus – but not required!
