Founder & CEO

Shani Noel is the visionary founder of Little & Junior TrackStars, a program dedicated to inspiring children to embrace the joys of movement, teamwork, and personal growth through track and field. A former collegiate track athlete at Temple University, Shani brings her passion for athletics and firsthand knowledge of the transformative power of sports to every aspect of the program.

With years of experience in youth programming and a strong commitment to promoting healthy, active lifestyles, Shani created Little & Junior TrackStars to provide children ages 3 to 15 with a fun, safe, and empowering environment to grow. Her curriculum combines age-appropriate drills, creative games, and inclusive team activities, helping kids develop essential skills like coordination, speed, and agility while fostering confidence and teamwork.

Shani’s leadership and enthusiasm have made Little & Junior TrackStars a trusted program that families love. Beyond physical fitness, her approach emphasizes life skills such as perseverance, discipline, and collaboration—values she honed during her own athletic journey.

Shani’s dedication to empowering young athletes and her belief in the positive impact of sports make her the heart and soul of Little & Junior TrackStars. Her mission is to inspire children to reach their full potential—on and off the track.
