Our Fast Track Academy for athletes ages 11–15 provides advanced, high-intensity training in speed, power, and agility to prepare athletes for competitive sports. 🏃 Program Details: • 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week (8 total) • 75-minute sessions for deeper conditioning and mechanics • Small group coaching (max 10 athletes) The Elite Prep Academy is designed for middle school athletes who are serious about taking their speed, strength, and conditioning to the next level. Over 4 weeks, athletes train in a small-group, high-energy environment with focused coaching and measurable testing on Week 1 and Week 4. 💰 Pricing Breakdown: • Tuition: $299 • PLUS Registration Fee: $25 (includes academy T-shirt or performance Jersey, performance tracker pamphlet, and certificate of completion)
